We are an Equity Lender, we go by the value of the property only. In Ontario we do 1st and 2nd mortgages and in the rest of Canada (except Quebec) we do 1st mortgages only.

We go by the value of the property ONLY. We do require full client information, but only to determine the terms and conditions of a mortgage. If you have been rejected by banks or brokers, we would be happy to look over your application.
Amortization
Maximum 25 years. Minimum amortization not less than term.
Bridge Financing
Only available if the borrower is selling an existing Property and has accepted a commitment for a new mortgage from us or another lender
Condominium
Maximum 75% LTV on all condos
Documentation required
A signed mortgage application and support documents.
An appraisal by one of our pre-approved appraisers
Equity Deals
Maximum 80% LTV in town, 75% out of town
